To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your unused order for replacement or refund for any reason (within 30 days of receipt of the item).

To return an item, please call us at 1-248-343-1970 or send an e-mail with “Return Order” in the subject field to orders@thegardendome.com.

Be sure to include a letter specifically explaining your concern and indicate whether you’d like us to issue you a replacement or credit.  Please include the shipping label from the outside of your package for identification purposes.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item, but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
